Free Pan-India Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within India, regardless of order value. Your LED neon sign is carefully packaged and shipped directly from our Ranchi facility to your doorstep.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Standard products: ships within 2-3 business days
• Custom products: 1-2 days design approval + 5-7 days production (7-10 days total before shipment)
• Metro cities: 7-10 business days delivery
• Other cities: 10-14 business days delivery
• Remote areas: 14-21 business days delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping

We ship internationally upon request. Costs and delivery times vary by destination — contact us for a quote. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, payable by the customer.

Order Tracking & Packaging

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number, carrier name, and estimated delivery date by email — trackable 24/7 on the courier’s website.

Every sign is packed with bubble wrap, foam padding, and sturdy corrugated boxes with “Fragile” labels for safe delivery.

Delivery Issues

• Damaged shipment: photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours — free replacement or refund
• Lost shipment: if tracking shows no movement for 7+ days, contact us and we’ll file a claim and send a replacement or refund
• Wrong address: reshipping costs apply if the package is returned due to an incorrect address you provided
• Delivery attempts: couriers try 2-3 times; unclaimed packages held 7-10 days before being returned to us (return shipping may be charged)

Other Details

• Signature confirmation may be required for orders ₹15,000+
• We cannot ship to PO Boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted areas
• Deliveries may be delayed during major Indian holidays and peak seasons — we’ll notify you in advance
